1. Contract Formation

1. Offer: Adding to cart = invitation to treat
2. Acceptance: Order confirmation email = binding contract
3. Errors: We reserve right to cancel orders with pricing mistakes

2. Pricing & Payment

a. Included Costs

• German VAT (19%)
• UK customs clearance fees
• Standard shipping (express incurs £5 fee)

b. Accepted Methods

• PayPal (only current option)
• Payment charged at order confirmation

3. Shipping Terms

4. Delivery & Risk

• Risk transfers to you upon handover to carrier
• Signature required for delivery
• Undeliverable packages: £15 reshipping fee applies

5. Cancellations & Returns

a. Pre-Delivery Cancellation

• Allowed within 12 hours of order
• Email support@preoluggage.co.uk with order number

b. Post-Delivery Returns

• 30-day window from delivery
• Conditions: Unused, original packaging
• Process per Return Policy

6. Warranty Claims

• 2-year coverage for manufacturing defects
• Excludes normal wear/damage from misuse
• Process detailed in Warranty Policy

7. Jurisdiction & Disputes

• Primary jurisdiction: Courts of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany
• UK consumers retain rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015
• EU/UK residents may use ODR platform

8. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability: Order value
• Excluded: Consequential/incidental damages
• Force majeure: Not liable for delays beyond our control

9. Governing Law

• German law (BGB) governs these terms
• UK consumers protected by mandatory provisions of their local law
