What’s Not Covered
- ❌ Damage from misuse (overpacking, improper cleaning)
- ❌ Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading)
- ❌ Unauthorized modifications
- ❌ Natural disasters/accidents
How to Claim
- Notify Us: Email warranty@preoluggage.co.uk within 2 years
- Provide Proof: Order number + photos/video of defect
- Assessment: Our team responds within 5 business days
- Resolution: Choose repair, replacement, or refund
