Why can't I track my order yet?

Tracking information becomes available only after your order has been shipped. If you've just placed your order, please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing before tracking becomes active.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can also find it in your account under "Order History" if you created an account with us.

My tracking shows no movement for several days. What should I do?

Occasionally, packages may not scan at every facility or there might be delays in updating the tracking information. If your package hasn't shown movement for more than 3 business days, please contact our customer service team.

My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What now?

First, check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or other household members. If you still can't locate your package, please contact us immediately at PreoLuggagehelpen@gmail.com so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
