Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Product must be undamaged/unused
• Original tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase required (order number/receipt)

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email support@preoluggage.co.uk with:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return/exchange
   • Photos of product (if damaged)
   • For exchanges: Specify desired replacement item
2. We'll email a prepaid return label (UK returns only)
3. Ship items to:

   Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges depend on stock availability
• Return shipping costs for exchanges: Free for defective items, otherwise at customer expense
• New item shipped after original return is received and inspected

Refund Process

• Processing time: 5 business days after we receive item
• Refund method: Original payment (PayPal)

DDP Shipping Note

All prices include German VAT (19%) and UK import duties (Delivery Duty Paid). No hidden fees.

Warranty Claims

Defects covered by our 2-Year Warranty are handled separately.

Statutory Rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or EU Directive 2019/771.
