3. Delivery Areas

  • Primary Region: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
  • Exclusions: Remote UK areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may incur delays.

4. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

All prices include:

  • German VAT (19%)
  • UK import duties & customs clearance fees

No hidden charges: You will not pay additional fees upon delivery.

5. Tracking Information

  • Sent via email once shipped.
  • Carrier links: Track directly on DHL or FedEx.

6. International Shipping Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Provide full address (including postcode).
  • Failed Deliveries: Unclaimed packages returned to Germany; reshipping costs apply.

7. Delivery Delays

Caused by:

  • Customs inspections (rare for DDP shipments)
  • Weather/transport disruptions

8. Lost Packages

  • Report to support@preoluggage.co.uk after 10 business days.
  • We file claims with carriers; replacements issued upon confirmation.

9. Returns & Refunds

See our Return Policy. Return shipping to Germany is customer’s responsibility unless defective.
